When we take time to tune into ourselves, the busy world around us starts to fade away. Where we once used traveling to a retreat or a new experience to trigger a reset, we have learned to re-balance within simpler, less exotic surroundings and triggers. Our breath lies at the center of transforming our state of wellbeing. The action of it, triggers a powerful visual narrative that pulls us out of our surroundings and into a world of tranquility. We appear to have traveled to someplace else.
